 Phase 1.5 – Reopening Continues

Starting Monday May 18th

In conjunction with our Governor, we have relaxed a few of the current restrictions.  Curbside check-in, unless requested specifically, has been discontinued.  Please come inside to check-in for your appointment, then return to your vehicle or wait outside until the technician comes to get you.  Our waiting room will remain closed; however, you may come inside to use the restroom.  Two family members per appointment may come inside.  Please practice social distancing if you choose to wait outside your vehicle and while inside the clinic.

Medications will need to be called in or requested on this website 24 hours in advance.  If you are paying with a credit card, please prepay via the phone.  After 24 hours, your medication will be ready and you may come inside to pick it up.

Our staff will continue to wear cloth masks; please feel free to also wear a mask if you desire.  Hand sanitizer has been difficult to locate but our restroom is available if you would like to wash your hands.

Thank you for your continuing patience during this time of unprecedented high call volume and appointments.

(A reminder to schedule your next appointment now as spots are filling up fast.  We will be closed on Memorial Day 5/25.)

The philosophy and goal of Sixth Street Veterinary Hospital is to provide the highest quality of personalized care and friendly service for our clients and our patients. We strive each day to treat every patient exactly as we would treat our own pets — as important family members. We enjoy what we do for a living and we want to learn and grow from our relationships with our patients, their owners, and our community.

As a community service, we help our clients care for pets by providing wellness care and sterilization surgery at reasonable prices, including our Free Vaccines for Life program, which Dr. Harris originated in Northeast Florida in 2008.

Our clinic has expert staff and a well equipped hospital for internal medicine, routine and specialty surgery. Our doctors are especially interested in helping patients with dental problems, skin and eye conditions, and cancer.
